Origun (Origin) of the word Ben, Ban, Ibn is Ibieni, Beni, Ibini, Bini, Ibiani, Bani.  Beni is Ben in modern English and Ibini is lbn in modern Arabik meaning"one's birth, child of, son of, tribe of, nation of". 

Beni, lbini, Ibiani is part of speech, in other Yoruba tongue; Ibieniyemi, Beniyemi.  Benyemi is Benyami in modern Hebrew and Benjami in modern English meaning "the birth of a child suits me, child is right for me " . 

Benni-Yemi is actually the origun (original) name of Benni Republik. Beni was old Yoruba word for "egbe" meaning "same or right age group"  Beniyemi today is Egbeyemi, Ibiyemi.

Egbe-omo-Yemi simply means same or right group of children, sons, nation, tribe of  Yemi. 

Yemi is the root word for Yemen, it means suits me, right for me. Alaafin Adeyemi ancestors ruled Yemi (Yemen) and Beni (Benin) till 1800s when the Ottoman Hausa war raveged the world. Yoruba were originally Oba (Kings) with crown in Yemen. 

Ayose Alashe iku Yeye (Yusuf As'ar Yath ar) Homi-Yah Odu Nuwa (Himyar Dhu Nuwa) was king of Sugbo (Sheba) now Epe, Lagos Nigeria.  There is water in Yorubaland called omi Oluwa Yah.
